Weekly Summary 5/11

Mon – Rest

Tues – 2 x 5km commute to work

Wed – 1 x 5km commute to work (Night call)

Thurs – Easy jog after post call nap 10km

Fri – Easy 10km with Jason

Sat – Long Run 35km (http://nikeplus.nike.com/plus/activity/running/Mokyr88/detail/2064183228)

Sun – Easy 5.5km

Total: 75km

Was actually planning to run the half marathon on Sunday at the Passion Run but I had a disappointing long run on Saturday, needing to walk the last few kilometers. Decided to swap that one out for a easy 5km jog with Sia. Not a good sign with the Singapore marathon coming up but thats the challenge in training for a marathon.
